This system is designed to remind our valued clients their next periodic maintenance service a week or two before the scheduled date. The system computes based on the vehicle history dates and mileage.

Toyota Express Maintenance (EM) service is the first and only one hour complete Periodic Maintenance (PM) service available in all Toyota Dealerships nationwide.
WHAT IS EXPRESS MAINTENANCE?
• Express Maintenance (EM) service is a complete Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) made faster.
• It is not just an ordinary change oil job but a complete maintenance service.
• EM guarantees 1 hour service from reception to vehicle release as compared to regular PMS which takes at least 2 hours to perform.

WHEN TO USE?
We recommend having your vehicle serviced every 5,000 kms or 3 months, whichever comes first.

Q: Does it really take just one hour?
A: Yes, the one hour clock starts from the time you sign the Repair Order (RO) prepared by your Service Advisor (SA) up until your SA notifies you that servicing is done.
Q: Where can I avail EM?
A: Express Maintenance Service is available at ALL Toyota Dealerships NATIONWIDE.
Q: What happens if there is an additional job?
A: We’ll do our best to find the earliest possible time to accommodate you. However, the one hour promised time is not anymore guaranteed. That’s why it’s important that you arrive before your scheduled appointment.
Q: What happens if I don’t arrive on time?
A: We’ll do our best to find the earliest possible time to accommodate you. However, the one hour promised time is not anymore guaranteed. That’s why it’s important that you arrive before your scheduled appointment.
Q: What if I need to cancel my EM Appointment?
A: Should you not be able to come on your Express Maintenance Service appointment, just call your dealer and have it rescheduled at your most convenient time.

HOW DO BACTERIA AND FUNGUS END UP INSIDE THE AIR CONDITIONER?
